Balance Paint Workshop: Coco Medina x Onirik Boards

The balance board painting workshop and beginner balance class in Barcelona was an incredibly fun and educational experience. During the workshop, participants not only learned how to personalize their own boards but also immersed themselves in the technique of balance boarding—a practice that requires focus, coordination, and agility. The beginner class was perfect for those just starting out, as we provided the tools and knowledge they needed to begin mastering balance, all in a relaxed and positive atmosphere. We had an amazing time teaching this technique and watching everyone progress, enjoying both the creative process and the challenges balance presented.
